Our family is known for finding random and interesting things to do during the summer, so after being asked by several people where I find everything, I decided to blog about the places we find so others can experience the fun.

Okay, folks, here it is. My family had their first daytrip for this summer today and we went with my sister and her family to the Franconia Sculpture Park. It was super fun! Even if you're not a big abstract art fan, it is still really cool. The best part for me: the kids could climb on almost every sculpture, so by the time we were done, they were pooped. Score! Anyway, this park is full of amazing behemoth sculptures made by local (and probably some non-local) artists. So below are some pics...enjoy!
My niece, nephew and oldest son posing and looking like some sort of band.

Why, yes, this is a giant wall of stereos...who wouldn't want to see that?

As usual, all four of the kids would not look at the camera when I wanted them to. Notice my son in the wheelchair (a sculpture that is wheelchair-accessible=awesome!!)

Here I am pretending to shoot that tall statue of a deer...

Who WOULDN"T want to play on that? I totally went up there with my kids!

Yes, this is a shed held up by cables on a frame.

So, as you can see, much awesomeness is here. So you should go there too!
